MGM candle membrane filter

It is most effective equipment to separate solid and liquid making use of screen film or special cloth as medium so that all suspending materials can be collected onto surface of the film; the clean liquid will enter into the chamber via film with effective solid-liquid separation. It fits for removing suspending substances whose granule is larger than 0.2micron and is used for refine production of alkali and salt making industry, as well as filtering inorganic water waste and materials liquid. At the same time, it has wide filtering range. Solid content from 0.002% to 10% can be removed with clean and clear liquid.

Working Principle

1. Filtering
Deep and thick liquid passes screen core of film, clean liquid passes through expanded PTFE to upper chamber, solid in the liquid will be left onto the surface forming the filter cake.
2. Back-cleaning and discharge filter cake
Instant back-current counted with seconds can form back-cleaning to remove all filter cake from surface and then settle down at the bottom and they will be discharged from the bottom when certain amount is reached.
3. Continuous Operation
Filtering and back-cleaning will be carried out alternately to keep running of MGM filter.

Hoop Valve
It is one of the most novel and simple valve at present with only three parts, liquid that contains any solid and fiber can be closed fast via flexible contact of the valve. When diameter of the solid reaches 1/2 of the tube, the valve can also be effectively closed and opened.
Rubber sleeve is made of rubber with high elasticity and wearable performance. Making use of air pressure between the valve and rubber sleeve, the sleeve will distort and keep the current to carry out remote control.
The valve is reasonably designed with wide applicable range, no leaks, similar diameter, easy installation, convenient control, high working efficiency, long service life; the valve can be closed and opened for several ten thousands frequently with high speed.

Automatic control system can display, set and record any parameter of the technique. Supervision system is perfect. This system is designed by our company and fits for MGM filter with perfect design, easy operation and reliable running.

Characteristics of Film
Treating expanded PTFE as raw materials, this film also has chemical and physical performance of PTFE. The film has excellent chemical stability, excellent frictional coefficient, wide operational temperature, multipore, high intensity and wearable performance so that service life of the materials is much longer than normal materials, therefore it is ideal material.
