2、Function Description:
Presently, it has applied in dehydration for mine and gangue, metallurgy, and dehydration for oxide in chemical industry, and electrolysis slag, leaching slag, as well as processing for sewage, polluted mud and waste acid.

Working Principle:
| 1) Filtrating Phase: After closing filter board frame, material slurry will be pumped into filter chamber, then through filtrate soft tube and arrive at general filtrate tube after that discharged; meanwhile, it forms filtrate disc in filtrate chamber. |

| 2) Once Extrusion: high pressure water enter into upper chamber through high pressure water tube, then make separating film moving to filter disc for pressing, so that to extrude liquid out from filter disc. |

| 3) Washing (optional): washing liquid is pumped into filter chamber through material slurry tube; then passing through filter disc and filter cloth and then flow into discharging pipe |

| 4) Air Drying: through filter disc air current to carry water content, reduce filter water content to the largest extent, at the same time, discharge filtrate chamber. |
